Need help with Chroncast?
Use this page for questions about the Chroncast iOS or Android app, your account, paid subscription, daily cast generation, playback, notifications, privacy, or account deletion.
Contact support
Email support@chroncast.ai with the email address on your Chroncast account and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password, verification codes, or payment information.
For beta users, include the device model, iOS version, approximate time the issue happened, and the screen or action that triggered it. This helps us reproduce account, notification, voice preview, or cast generation problems.
Common issues
- Can't sign in: Use the password reset flow from the app sign-in screen. If the reset link does not arrive, contact support from the email address tied to your account.
- Cast did not appear: Confirm your delivery time, timezone, topics, and notification settings in the app. You can also pull to refresh the archive or request today's cast again when available.
- Audio will not play: Check your network connection, reopen the app, and try the cast again. If one episode fails repeatedly, include the episode date when you contact support.
- Voice preference did not affect an old cast: Voice changes apply to newly generated or regenerated casts. Already-rendered audio keeps the voice used when it was created.
- Push notifications are missing: Confirm notifications are enabled in Chroncast settings and in iOS Settings for Chroncast. If you reinstall the app, open Chroncast and sign in again so the device token can refresh.
- Subscription needs changes: Open Chroncast settings and choose Manage subscription to update payment details, cancel renewal, or review the billing provider for your plan.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed by Apple. Subscriptions purchased in the Android app are managed by Google Play. Subscriptions purchased outside mobile app stores may be managed through Stripe. Chroncast settings opens the correct billing-management page when available.
For App Store or Google Play refunds, use the refund process from Apple or Google because Chroncast cannot issue those refunds directly. For Stripe-billed subscriptions, email support@chroncast.ai with the account email and relevant charge date.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the Chroncast app from Settings. The delete flow requires confirmation by typing DELETE. Deletion deactivates the account immediately and removes listener profile data, sources, feedback, notifications, generated episode audio, and related beta signup data. The account record remains soft-deleted for 10 days before permanent hard deletion.
If you cannot access the app and need deletion help, email support@chroncast.ai from the account email address and include "Account deletion request" in the subject.

If you are reviewing Chroncast for app distribution, use the demo credentials and review notes supplied in App Store Connect. The support contact above can help with reviewer access if the demo account is unavailable.
